Service
When we are selected as the architect on any project, we add
consulting engineers to our TMA "team", providing structural,
mechanical, electrical, plumbing and civil engineering expertise,
tailored to the needs of the project. Our goal at TMA is to
consistently provide truly "professional" services, always considering
the "life cycle cost" of all decisions relating to materials, finishes
and construction techniques.
Involvement
* Represents the Owner's best interest in all negotiations with the
Contractor.
* Keep Owner informed of cost saving alternatives discovered during
construction.
* Insure Quality Control during construction.
* Certify Contractor's applications for payment.
* Monitor the construction budget.
* Observe proper installation of mechanical, plumbing and electrical
systems.
* Conduct on-site inspections of the structural system and application
of all building materials. |
* Process all change orders. Review shop drawings and product data
submittals.
* Assist in selecting colors and finishes.
* Issue clarification detail drawings during construction when needed.
* Keep Owner regularly informed as to the progress of the work.
*Guarantee that the finished product is complete in accordance with
the plans, specifications and bid documents before final payment
and/or retainage is released to the Contractor.
Church Contact
We are accustomed to a close working relationship with churches and
will arrange multiple meetings with the staff regarding all the
related spaces and design considerations. The meetings and work
sessions with the church will include computer generated,
"walk-through," three dimensional modeling to expedite sound decision
making. TMA's design team will become prayer partners with the church
leadership and staff to seek the LORD's mind in all our design
decisions. |
